Right of return
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Sorry, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable or expired goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or record that has been opened.
* All items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts that are not due to our fault.
* All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be posted to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be posted.
If you've done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. As soon as the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send a refund to the gift giver and they'll be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over CHF 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
